Westling retires as Aliso Niguel coach

Kurt Westling announced today he is retiring as Aliso Niguel varsity football head coach.
Westling, 61, coached the Wolverines for 10 seasons.
He said he is retiring from coach because he is retiring from teaching at Aliso Niguel.
“So I don’t think it’s right to keep going,” Westling said, “and become one of those hang-around guys who lets the other guys do all the work.”
Westling said he most will miss the relations with the players.
“When you’re
