Wahoo’s Fish Taco co-founder taking over The Golden Truffle space

When chef Alan Greeley decided to close The Golden Truffle after 37 years in Costa Mesa, he declined to reveal the mysterious investors who planned to take over the space.
He hinted they were well-known food players in the region.
Thanks to public records, we now know who they are.
