Voters right to give Bill Brough the boot

Anyone who suggests that voters don’t know what they’re doing when they head to the polls needs to ponder the results of the primary race for Assembly District 73, a Republican legislative stronghold in South Orange County.
Voters appear to have booted Assemblyman Bill Brough of Dana Point from office after GOP officials denounced him in the wake of sexual-harassment and campaign-finance allegations. Although the tallies are not yet official, Brough is so far in fourth place —
