Volcom Skate Park in Costa Mesa reopens

There’s no  more need for skateboarders to peer wistfully through the fence at an empty concrete bowl or curbs and railings no one is grinding on at the Volcom Skate Park.
Costa Mesa reopened the park on Wednesday, with coronavirus precautions, after it was closed for months due to precautions.
