USC working to address latest uptick in penalties
LOS ANGELES — As the USC football team (3-2, 2-1 in Pac-12 play) returns from its bye week to continue preparations for its rivalry game against Notre Dame (4-1), the Trojans need to clean up their act.
Specifically in regards to penalty flags. The Trojans have drawn the ire of officials 19 times in their last two games, two more than USC had in its first three contests combined.
