USA Gymnastics proposes settlement in Nassar suits

USA Gymnastics filed a reorganization plan in U.S. Bankruptcy Thursday that would dismiss the `organization’s bankruptcy case, asks sexual abuse survivors to accept a $215 million settlement but would not provide documents detailing the extent the national governing body knew of sexual abuse of young athletes and the lengths USA Gymnastics and other organizations went to conceal that abuse.
