Unless your car is a float, these Pasadena freeway ramps will close for the Rose Parade

PASADENA — If you’re planning to head into Pasadena’s downtown area early next week, Caltrans wants you to re-think what you’re getting yourself into, unless you and your car are an actual Rose float.
The California Department of Transportation will close multiple ramps and restrict turns at off-ramps next week for the 2020 Rose Parade. The closures are:
