United, Third announce assessment hikes in 2019

LAGUNA WOODS — United Mutual and Third Mutual reviewed their preliminary 2019 Business Plans during open meetings in August, with both co-ops and condos confirming increases in assessments next year.
United’s basic monthly assessment will be $578.72, including the Golden Rain Foundation portion, for a total increase of $9.53 per month when compared with the current year. A $5 per month increase in reserve fund contributions makes up the bulk of the hike, the result of a revised 30-ye
