United Mutual approves amended bylaws

United Mutual shareholders have voted in favor of the amended and reinstated bylaws, mailed to each shareholder in July. The vote, certified Wednesday, Aug. 2 by Martin & Chapman Co., was 74.1 percent in favor and 25.8 percent opposed. The number of manors that voted was 2,467 – a 39.4 percent turnout.
