UCLA offense looks for explosive second year under Chip Kelly

LOS ANGELES — The only fireworks at the Rose Bowl during Chip Kelly’s UCLA debut season were the post-game sparks that lit up the sky when a sputtering UCLA offense failed to light up the scoreboard against Cincinnati.
Entering the second year under Kelly, players are ready to break out on offense.
“Coming out here each and every day, that’s really been our main focus: to make plays when plays present themselves,” sophomore quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson said.
