UCLA defense thrives on forcing turnovers

LOS ANGELES — Elijah Gates huddled with Quentin Lake and Darnay Holmes on the sideline Saturday at the Rose Bowl. Lake had just hauled in the first interception of his career earlier in the game. Holmes already had one this year too.
