Tyler Skaggs still has hurdles to clear before returning to Angels’ rotation

ANAHEIM — Tyler Skaggs gave up three runs and six hits with two strikeouts and zero walks in four innings Saturday during his second rehabilitation start with Triple-A Salt Lake. His next start with the Bees is scheduled for Thursday at Memphis, when he’s expected to be bumped up to five innings.
