Two men rob Placentia gas station at gunpoint

Police were searching Saturday for two men who robbed a Placentia gas station at gunpoint earlier in the day.
Officers around 12:40 a.m. responded to reports of a robbery at the Chevron gas station in the 300 block of Orangethorpe Avenue, near the 57 Freeway, according to a police statement.
Two men armed with handguns had walked into the gas station and demanded money from the clerk, police said.
