Two council seats will be on Fullerton’s fall ballot

Fullerton residents will choose winners of two City Council district seats that will appear on the November ballot.
Because the city is switching from at-large to district elections, two incumbents will be among the candidates in District 3, and no sitting council member is seeking the District 5 seat.
Here are the candidates on the ballots:
District 3:
Greg Sebourn, mayor pro tem
Jesus Silva, Councilman/teacher
Nickolas Wildstar, recording artist
District 5:
Vicki Calhoun, counselor/e
