Tustin pulls out basketball victory against rival Foothill

TUSTIN – Tustin used its defense to outlast Foothill 45-44 Thursday in front of a near-capacity crowd at Tustin High.
The win snapped the Tillers’ three-game losing streak against its crosstown rival.
