Truck crashes into Anaheim restaurant

ANAHEIM - A motorist lost control of his pick-up truck and crashed through the front glass doors of a Norm's Restaurant, police said Saturday. The 35-year-old motorist told police that his floormats were wet after washing the truck earlier Friday, causing his foot to slip off the brake pedal and hit the gas pedal while headed south on Euclid, Wyatt said. The driver was not cited and the accident was under investigation, Wyatt said.
