Triple digits, high 90s forecast for inland Orange County Friday, Saturday
A heatwave taking hold today and Saturday has prompted a heat advisory from the National Weather Service for inland Orange County.
High pressure and shrinking marine clouds are causing the warming in Orange County and other parts of Southern California.
Temperatures on Friday are expected to reach 100 degrees in Yorba Linda and the surrounding inland areas won’t be much cooler. Rancho Santa Margarita is forecast to reach 99 degrees and Santa Ana should get to 94.
