Traffic, noise from new LA Clippers arena would be ‘significant’ and ‘unavoidable,’ report says

If the Los Angeles Clippers play on the same day as a big concert at The Forum, drivers in Inglewood will see more traffic at up to 61 intersections and at eight segments of the 405 and 105 freeways, according to a draft environmental impact report released Friday.
