Top Navy SEAL orders commanders to fix ethics issues among their ranks

The nation’s top Navy SEAL has given Naval Special Warfare (NSW) commanders until Wednesday, Aug. 7, to deliver a plan of action addressing ethics problems in the special forces community.
In a strongly worded letter, dated July 25, Rear Adm. Collin Green wrote in bold letters: “We have a problem.”
