Tommy Bahama will open a restaurant in downtown Palm Springs on May 8

Tommy Bahama is launching what it calls a new restaurant concept on some high-profile real estate in the heart of Palm Springs.
The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar & Grill will open May 8, followed by a ribbon-cutting on May 10, according to a news release. It will be a fast casual restaurant with a full bar. Customers will order at a walk-up counter have have their food delivered by servers to tables on an outdoor patio with umbrellas and misters.
