TomatoFest, the organic heirloom tomato seed catalog, has introduced a heart-shaped red tomato named after Anthony Bourdain.
Dubbed the “Anthony Bourdain Tomato,” this cross between a Sungold and an Amish Paste produces a one-pound fruit with bold, complex, fruity-sweet flavors and good acidity.
