Tom Koehler undergoes shoulder surgery, won’t pitch in 2018

PHILADELPHIA – If the Dodgers’ bullpen is going to get a boost down the stretch, it won’t come from Tom Koehler.
The veteran right-hander underwent surgery Tuesday to repair the anterior capsule in his pitching shoulder. He will miss the rest of the 2018 season.
