Tiger Woods leaves historical footnotes in fifth Masters win

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Tiger Woods’ victory on Sunday comes with more footnotes than a textbook.
He becomes the first man to win Masters championships 14 years apart.
He came within three years of becoming the oldest Masters champion. He is 43 and Jack Nicklaus was 46 when he won in 1986.
He is the first to win Masters in his 20s and 40s but not his 30s, and is the second oldest champion.
He won his 81st PGA Tour event in his 81st major championship.
He won a fifth Masters, breaking a tie wi
