These obscure wines are stepping into the spotlight
The world is blessed with more than 10,000 kinds of grapes. So why don’t we see more of them in wine stores?
That question led to the birth of an annual event called Seven % Solution. In 2012, a small group of winemakers gathered to ponder the dearth of diversity in the wine world.
