The Orange Crush is finally getting a fix, thankfully

Q. Every day on my commute back home on the eastbound 22 Freeway, I get to within two miles of the I-5 and the 57 and everything just stops. That interchange gets so backed up, with impatient people at the last second cutting into the far-right lanes to get to the ramp leading to those freeways. If there’s any way to make it so people have to be committed to that ramp sooner, I think that could clear up some issues.
