Tet parade brings jubilation to Little Saigon

Thousands of Lunar New Year celebrants lined the sidewalks of Westminster on Saturday, Jan. 25, to cheer on playful dragons, resplendent dancers, martial arts performers, floral floats and marching bands for a festive Tet parade.
Westminster’s Little Saigon has the largest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam, accounting for more than 40% of the city’s population.
