Teen: Hit the reset button

The teenager was putting in 15-hour days pretty much nonstop.
She was lucky to get five to six hours of sleep each night during the school week, typically crashing after midnight and getting up at 5:30 a.m. for a long commute to campus via train and bus.
Grace (she requested her real name not be used), now 16, of San Clemente, has big dreams. She loves musical theater and is throwing her energy into becoming the best stage actress she can, keeping her eye on the ultimate goal: Broa
