Target wants to open small-format store in San Juan Capistrano

Target wants to bring one of its small-format stores to San Juan Capistrano, possibly replacing the Ralph’s off Del Obispo Street.
The company in June submitted an application to the city for new signs and interior improvements to the grocery store space at 31874 Del Obispo St.
