Kevin and Janet Shaevitz watched it all.
Their Anaheim Hills home burned down last month in the Canyon Fire 2, one of 15 homes in the area that were destroyed.
And on a recent Saturday, as workers removed charred timbers and shattered tile from damaged lots, Janet Shaevitz perked up as she clambered over
