Taco Tuesday: Crispy taco cravings are real, and here’s a proper fix

When you’re in the mood for a crispy taco, nothing else will do. And here’s a good one. 
At Molcajete Grill in Westminster, they fry the crispy shells to order so the tortillas are still warm and glistening with grease and perfectly brittle. They stuff the shells with a generous handful of shredded beef and then pile on a small salad of chopped lettuce, tomato and finely grated white cheese. 
There’s absolutely nothing groundbreaking about these tacos. That’s no
