Successful Aging: What exactly is the problem with Zoom?

Q. I am part of a discussion group that uses Zoom. One of our members, age 75, insists that Zoom human interactions are too weak and prefers meeting face to face. Consequently, she dropped out of the group. My friend uses email and is not averse to using the computer. Can you explain her reluctance?
