Status Update: Sprouts in Lake Forest opens Wednesday in a former Petco

Sprouts Farmers Market will open its doors officially Wednesday, Sept. 11 in Lake Forest.
The 30,000-square-foot store, home of a former Petco, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony before doors open at 7 a.m. at 24332 Rockfield Blvd.The Lake Forest store will include the usual fodder of a grocery store, plus an in-house butcher (think: hand-crafted sausages and special cuts of meat), grab-and-go lunch or dinner items, freshly baked goods and craft beer and wine.
