Status Update: Fairmont Private Schools buys south county campus for $22.75 million

Fairmont Private Schools has completed its purchase of the Saddleback Valley Christian school campus in San Juan Capistrano for $22.75 million, according to CBRE.
The two-building campus at 26333 Oso Road includes more than 60 classrooms for pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade education. Saddleback Valley Christian said previously it was relocating to the Bridge Church campus in Rancho Santa Margarita.
