State considering Fairview center, OC fairgrounds to help manage coronavirus ‘surge’

Costa Mesa city leaders may know as soon as Tuesday, March 31, whether federal and state officials plan to use the Fairview Developmental Center or the Orange County fairgrounds to help manage an anticipated surge in people needing medical care during the coronavirus outbreak.
