Sparks look to head to all-star break on high note, host red-hot Dream

LOS ANGELES — The Sparks will take on the suddenly hot Atlanta Dream at Staples Center on Tuesday in the team’s final game before the All-Star break.
Los Angeles (15-10) is coming off its third straight road victory after Chicagoland native Candace Parker was the catalyst in a 93-76 victory over the Sky at Wintrust Arena with a 23-point, 12-rebound and seven-assist performance. The Sparks were missing starters Nneka Ogwumike and Alana Beard. Both players have been hampered by an illn
