Southland faces broiling weather again this week

A heatwave will once again pour into Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties beginning Tuesday, Oct. 12, forecasters say, and last through Friday.
“It is going to be very warm again this week,” said David Sweet, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service. “So drink lots of water. Avoid too much exposure to daytime heat.”
