Southern California expected to cool down this week following record-breaking highs

Southern California is getting some much-needed relief after a week of blazing heat.
The area cooled a bit Saturday following record-breaking Friday temperatures and further relief is expected Sunday – with a chance of thunderstorms in some areas, the National Weather Service said.
