Southbound 57 Freeway shut down in Orange for an hour over night in by crashes

ORANGE — A multi-vehicle crash shut down a portion of the southbound 57 early Thursday morning, Nov. 23, in Orange.
The crash was initially reported as a vehicle running into a center divider at 1:12 a.m. on the Orange Freeway near Chapman Avenue, the California Highway Patrol said.
Several more crashes occurred because of the vehicle blocking lanes, according to reports from the scene.
Information about injuries was not immediately available.
