SoCal Edison again warns of precautionary outages due to winds, high fire risk

As massive fires churn through miles of brush, about 46,000 utility customers throughout Southern California may experience precautionary power outages starting on the evening of Sunday, Nov. 11 and through Monday, Nov. 12 due to high winds whipping through areas ripe for ignition.
