SMNLL squad wins regional title

The 12-year olds weren’t the only Santa Margarita National Little League all-star team to capture a regional championship this weekend.
A day before the 12-year olds won their title, Santa Margarita’s 10-year old all-stars won the Southern California championship with an 8-6 victory over Eastlake at Domenic Massari Park in Palmdale.
The team went 4-0 in the tournament and 11-1 in the postseason, which included district and sectional championships.
Their only loss was by one run again
