Six Flags Magic Mountain workers might strike. What does that mean for the park?

When Six Flags Magic Mountain launches its new 365-day schedule on Monday, Jan. 1, the longest line at the Valencia-based amusement park could be the workers picketing outside.
If the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. fail to reach an agreement on healthcare and paid leave issues by Saturday, Dec. 30 when the current contract expires, workers say they will strike.
And park officials say they’ll be ready.
“Six F
