Site would turn food waste into biofuel

Anaergia's proposed Anaheim Sustainability Center for 1300 N. Lakeview Ave. in Anaheim would specialize in converting food scraps into renewable energy. Residents are concerned that the processing center will create foul odor in and around those neighborhoods.
