Silverado escapes with win as Garden Grove wears down after strong start

GARDEN GROVE– Garden Grove nearly ran away from second-seeded Silverado in the first half of Friday night’s CIF-SS playoff game, racing to a 20-point lead and moving into position to score a fourth touchdown.
