Orange is holding a public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 16, to get residents’ feedback on Chapman University’s latest plan to expand the university’s enrollment.
The open meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Woman’s Club of Orange building at 121 S. Center St.
