Sgt. Ron Helus, killed in Thousand Oaks mass shooting, will be honored with procession

The body of Ron Helus, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department sergeant who was killed by a mass shooter overnight at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, will be transported to the coroner’s office in a procession Thursday morning, Nov. 8.
