Second shutdown sparks frustration, fear and resignation in OC
Gov. Gavin Newsom’s move to slow the spread of coronavirus by reclosing churches, gyms, bars and dozens of other indoor gathering points drew mixed reviews Monday, July 13 from people who figure to be directly affected by the decision.
“In a way, I’m glad the governor has shut everything down so we can get some sense of getting a little bit healthier,” said Connie Allan, who owns Boat Canyon Barbers in Laguna Beach.
