Seal Beach police arrest arson suspect

SEAL BEACH >> Police have arrested a man suspected of starting a fire that damaged a two-story home under construction in Seal Beach, authorities said Saturday, Jan. 6.
The blaze, which was sparked at about 1 a.m. Friday in 700 block of Second Street, also caused some damage to neighboring homes and vehicles parked in the back alley, police said.
