Seal Beach man, 55, arrested on suspicion of rape

SEAL BEACH – A 55-year-old man was arrested Sunday, Feb. 18, on suspicion of raping a woman after they were in a Seal Beach restaurant together and she couldn’t remember how she got to an apartment, police said.
