Save local newspapers, pass Assembly Bill 323

As the California Legislature’s session nears its end, it is essential that lawmakers pass Assembly Bill 323.
The bill, introduced by Assemblywoman Blanca Rubio, D-Baldwin Park, would exempt newspaper carriers from AB5 until Jan. 1, 2023.
