Santa Ana opens basketball courts, other park amenities shut down due to coronavirus

Most park amenities in Santa Ana, including Memorial Park pool, soon will reopen.
Beginning Monday, June 29, residents can use outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, handball courts and lawn bowling greens in the city’s parks. Parking lots, restrooms and grass areas for general recreation and fitness activities, as well as sports fields (by permit; for youth sports practices), also will reopen. Memorial Park pool will open for recreational swimming at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m and 3:30 p.m
